Bhut Jolokia Yellow Chilli Seeds (c.chinense)
Originally from Northeast India and also known as the Ghost Pepper. Fruits are large and hang pendant on the plant. Fruits ripen from green to a vibrant yellow colour and are wrinkled and gnarly. Fruits can reach approximately 9 x 3.5 cm.
Fruits are very hot and incredibly aromatic. Once
recorded in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s hottest pepper! Fruits are incredibly crunchy, with an almost immediate fruity taste. They give a very quick and really nice, all over mouth burn. Another one that can induce a bit of sweat! The heat intensifies over maybe 2 or 3 minutes before it plateaus. Stunning fruits if you like to chase the heat. A favourite of sauce makers.
Plants reach around 120-140 cm tall. Flowers are white.
10 Seeds approximately per pack.
